About This Outfit

The jacket is a wool, silk and linen hopsack in a rust check, fully lined in silk and made to order, worn over an extra-fine merino polo knitted in England. The scarf is 100% cashmere in a single scarlet, made in England. The square reproduces Scotland Forever! by Lady Butler (Elizabeth Thompson), 1881, printed in Macclesfield.

Scarlet at the collar and red coats in the pocket bracket the rust check, and the navy polo keeps all three from shouting.
