How quickly will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 4 working days. UK orders travel with DPD; international orders with FedEx. During busy periods like Black Friday or the run-up to Christmas, we would ask for a little patience, as some factors fall outside our control.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
We have recently upgraded our website to provide complete transparency at checkout. All duties and taxes are now clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, so you can see the full cost of your order upfront.

Weekend delivery is possible and is determined by your delivery partner. It is not something we can guarantee, but it does happen.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 90-day returns window. If you are not completely satisfied, email us at info@rampleyandco.com with your order number, then return the item in its original condition. We will issue a full refund or arrange an exchange. Read our full returns policy here.
