Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 (or equivalent currency exchange). For orders under £100, we charge £2.99 for UK deliveries and £5.99 to the rest of the world.

We ship to all countries worldwide.

Our UK orders are sent via DPD, and our international orders are sent with DHL Worldwide Express. 

We deliver most orders within 3-4 working days from your order. We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods such as Black Friday & the run up to Christmas, as much of it comes down factors outside our control.

This is determined by the delivery partner, so you may receive your order over the the weekend.

You may be required to pay customs and/or duties on your order depending on the delivery location. We regret that Rampley & Co cannot be held responsible for these costs. If you would like more information on customs and duties, please email info@rampleyandco.com or alternatively contact your local customs office for more detailed information.

Payment and Ordering

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

All transactions are processed via Shopify and Paypal, both of which are secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data and we do not store or have access to your payment details after you have made a purchase.

Yes, you can. On a desktop click the flag at the top right of the screen and select your chosen currency. On mobile, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the flag to select your chosen currency.

Please be aware that we do not offer coupon codes on our products. If you find coupon codes listed on other websites, they have been fraudulently created and will not provide any discount on our products.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to amend your order, please email us on info@rampleyandco.com and we will do our best to help you. Please note that we try and dispatch orders as swiftly as possible, however we will always ensure you receive the product that you wish to purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@rampleyandco.com with your details and order number. Then return the item or items to us in their original condition within 90 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item if preferred. You can find our full returns policy here.

If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please email us on info@rampleyandco.com, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and issue you wish to resolve. We will as quickly as possible aim to rectify the situation for you.

Bespoke Designs

Yes! We produce bespoke jacket linings, pocket squares, ties and silk scarves. For all bespoke enquiries please see our bespoke pages here or email bespoke@rampleyandco.com.
