Users that have chosen to opt-in to our database to win a Rampley & Co Tailored Jacket are automatically in the draw to win the quarterly prize (drawn at the start of October, January, April and July for the previous quarter). This will be randomly drawn within the first three business days of the end of each quarter from all users that have joined our database and accept marketing. The winner will be notified by email and will have 30 days to claim their prize by responding to the email.

All users that submit their phone number in any competition giveaway consent to Rampley & Co providing SMS marketing messages from time to time. By adding your phone number you agree to receive marketing text messages from Rampley & Co at the number provided. The tailored jacket will be made to the measurements as confirmed by the winner, with the fabric chosen from our standard collection at a value of £995, and a lining of their choice. Any further alterations to the jacket will need to be arranged and paid for by the winner with a tailor in their location.

Users that have chosen to opt-in to our database to win a £500 (USD $625) Rampley & Co Gift Voucher are automatically in the draw to win the monthly prize. This will be randomly drawn within the first three business days of each month from all users that have joined our database and accept marketing. The winner will be notified by email and will have 30 days to claim their prize by responding to the email.

The £500 Rampley & Co Gift Voucher is eligible to be used on all products on our website and can also be used for part payment if the value of the product(s) exceed £500. No refunds will be given on any balance remaining on the Gift Voucher. 

The £500 Gift Voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date that the winner has been informed of their win. 

Win A Bespoke Pocket Square Competition

Users that have chosen to opt-in to our database to win a bespoke pocket square are automatically in the draw to win the monthly prize. This will be randomly drawn within the first three business days of each month from all users that have joined our database and accept marketing. The winner will be notified by email and will have 30 days to claim their prize by responding to the email.

The pocket square will be our standard size of 42 x 42cm with hand rolled edges and printed on silk. We will use our best endeavours to source and licence a desired image or design, however it is not possible to licence all images, while some licences are cost prohibitive so we reserve the right to decline a request based on licensing fees. We also reserve the right to decline to produce designs for any reason at all, including, but not limited to; images or text that include profanity, nudity or offensive images, symbols or text.  

Your Data

You can at any time request what data we hold on you and we are happy to delete all or part of this should you wish within 28 days of the request, although we will be happy to do this as soon as practicably possible. There is no charge for requesting that your data is deleted.

We, as RAMPLEY & CO only hold data that is relevant to providing our service to you, such as your name, email address, physical address, purchase history and if you have purchased, some website usage details such as your number of visits and the initial page visited.
