The pocket square is Cream, Red & Navy Medallion, also Madder silk, screen printed in multiple steps onto a twill silk base treated with gum arabic, a finish known in the trade as a chalk hand. Madder silk takes its name from the Rubia tinctorum plant, once the source of natural red dye, and today produces the darker, more saturated tones seen here: cream, red, and navy running through the medallion.
