The One Point Fold

The one point fold, or triangle fold, is a traditional pocket square fold that's popular for everyday wear. It’s simple and elegant enough for a corporate setting or a conservative suit, and can also add a classic edge to a casual blazer.

There’s versatility in the fold too, simply turn it over to expose the folded edges of the point, or keep it sophisticated with a simple, clean triangle protruding from your breast pocket.

The One Point Step 1

Step 1.

Firstly, lay out your pocket square flat in front of you in a diamond shape, then fold it in half to form a triangle with the longest edge along the bottom.

Next, take the right-hand corner and fold it back over to the left-hand side. The triangle formed at the top of the pocket square should be approximately the width of your breast pocket.
