The Spring Office Edit

For those who like to reflect the seasonal changes in their attire, a refresh is in order. As we welcome Spring with open arms, bring on the flurry of fresh new colours, lighter layers and the promise of warmer days to come.

We've pulled together our ideal Spring pieces for the 'office', all work-appropriate whether you're based at home or in the city.

Ideal for a more relaxed office environment, our go-to option for smart-casual is layering a classic tailored jacket with a polo shirt. To make the pairing Spring-suitable, opt for lighter tones and weaves. We are, of course, fans of a pocket square for adding an extra layer of colour - for Spring, we recommend looking to fresh tones, light blues and bright yellows for a true nod to the season.

For more formal occasions, the details matter. And although there sometimes is a uniform to follow with suiting and shirts, in accessories, you can show off your personality. Inject a playful dose of colour with a bold tie and complimentary square. If you're unsure how to match your pocket square and tie, read our guide on the essential rules of impeccable pairings

If you're fortunate enough to have a day working from home, indulge in comfort. A light cashmere jumper still has months of use left in the year; the precious wool has temperature-regulating properties, so it can easily be worn into early Summer. We're reaching for light tones of cashmere and the finest Egyptian cottons to see us through the Spring days at home.
