Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know at info@rampleyandco.com with your details and order number and we will provide free return instructions. Please include your order number in the parcel for reference.

The items must be returned to us in their original condition within 90 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if you prefer.

If you are not satisfied with the Spring Edit, please contact us on  quoting your order number. Please note that as this product is sold as a collection, all items need to be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. We regret that we are not able to partially exchange or refund a single item from this collection.

Made to Order Products

We offer the same 90 days return for all our made to order products. For our jacketing range, we also offer the option of remaking the product should the item not fit correctly, or you are not happy for any reason.

For small alterations (for example reducing the sleeve length), we recommend taking your jacket to a local tailor that can quickly make any changes required. At this time, we do not offer an alterations service.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 90 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I Received the Wrong Item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer service team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We process our orders immediately to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it may not always be possible to change or cancel your order before we dispatch it. Please email us and we will do our best to help.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
