Representing a red deer stag, the work encapsulates the grandeur and majesty of Scotland's highlands and wildlife. Showing 12 points on the antlers, this stag is in fact a \"royal\" stag, not a \"monarch\" which requires 16 points. \u003cem\u003eThe Monarch of the Glen\u003c\/em\u003e shows the stag in command of its environment which was unusual for artworks of the time, often depicting animals being pursued by hunters.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUsage: \u003c\/strong\u003eGenerally, we find tailors prefer to work with two panels of a single painting per jacket in order to line up the image along the back seam.
