There is nothing quite as luxurious as the feel of a cashmere scarf in the cooler months. This incredibly soft, 100% cashmere scarf is woven and made in the North of England at mills that can trace their history back over 250 years. Every one of our scarves is unique and is finished through an exhaustive series of 21 different processes to produce the highest quality final product. This scarf is finished with a classic brushed finish.
Chalk stripes as a pattern originated in the late 18th century, and were usually thought of as informal, only starting to integrate into a business wardrobe and formal suiting in the beginning of the 20th century. Even though chalk stripes are still synonymous with business, the pattern tends to integrate more and more with the casual wardrobe, and can often be seen on scarves and unstructured suits. Often confused with the pin stripe, the chalk stripe is a series of threads which is used to create a more pronounced yet unstructured stripe on the fabric, almost appearing as a rope effect when viewed closely.
