This particular square uses an image of a Black-Throated Blue Warbler by John James Audubon and we’ve taken the detailing and colour through to the border design. Audubon was an American ornithologist, naturalist, and painter known for his studies documenting American birds as well as the stunning illustrations that depicted the birds in their natural habitats. His greatest work was a book entitled The Birds of America (1827–1839) and this is still considered one of the finest ornithological works ever completed. We worked closely with the University Of Pittsburgh to gain access to one of the original copies of this book and have then chosen three separate birds to use on our range of Audubon inspire pocket squares.

This square is a bolder addition than the others in the collection, sitting well on a dark blue blazer and a great colour scheme for a summer wedding or event. We particularly like it in a two or three point fold so as to utilise the cornering detail and colours.
